4 Week: ‘Spring Clean, Healthy Ageing Programme for Women’: Online Course: Tuesday evenings throughout April: 7.30-9.00pm: £95. Come together as a group of women to learn the secrets of healthy ageing and be supported to make dietary and lifestyle changes.

Join us every Tuesday throughout April for information about what foods to try and reduce/cut out (e.g. gluten, sugar and more), what foods to add in and find inspiration for new ways of cooking and eating as well as specific support for age-related challenges such as menopause and cognitive decline.
