This smoothie has a wonderfully refreshing taste.
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1/2 a honeydew melon
- Handful of mint
- 1/2 apple
- 2 celery sticks
- 1/2 cup of blanched frozen or 1 cup of raw spinach
- At least 1/2 inch of root ginger
- 1/4 to 1/2 lime or lemon
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- Half a cup of water/almond milk – or more if you don’t like it thick
Put all the ingredients into blender/nutri-bullet and blend for 5-10 seconds.
Will make enough for two large glasses
