BBC Radio Bristol Interview September 2017 – I start talking about nutrition at around 6 minutes 30!
Previous work incarnations
Previous work includes positions as Chief Executive of the international think-tank Transform and The Kingswood Foundation and before that as a Director/Producer for ITV. Therefore I bring a highly professional results orientated approach to natural health.
I am amazed by the power of nature and ways we can exploit the latest scientific evidence where possible. I’m determined to create communities of people that can support each other in the pursuit of good health. One of my favourite things is running workshops and giving talks about nutrition and I can often be found in community centres, libraries or festivals in and around Bristol.
Testimonials
Here’s a couple of quotes from a day long detox workshop I ran recently:
“Very informative, Caroline has a lovely relaxed and clear way of teaching” Fiona, herbalist and founder of Canerucan a great source of information for those living with cancer
“Gentle supportive environment. Nourishing not pushy. Informative but not faddy or ego led” Koren, Colon Health Centre
“Amazing juices/supplements. The talks really helped me to understand the physiology of toxins and how the body works to eliminate them. Would not have managed a day without food at home. I will recommend it to all my friends and family” Charli, Midwife
“Worth every penny and more. Packed full of information and nutritional goodness!!” Deasy, Community Development worker
